Shipping & Payment Policy

مدة الشحن | Shipping Time

الشحن خلال 2–5 أيام عمل داخل مصر.
Shipping takes 2–5 business days within Egypt.

معاينة المنتج | Product Inspection

يمكنك معاينة المنتج قبل إتمام الدفع للتأكد من المقاس والجودة.
You may inspect the product before completing payment to ensure size and quality.

في حال عدم الرغبة بالمنتج | If You Refuse the Order

في حال لم يكن المنتج مناسباً، يمكن إرجاعه فوراً مع المندوب، ويتم احتساب رسوم الشحن فقط.
If the product is not suitable, you may return it immediately with the courier, and only the shipping fee will be charged.

بعد إتمام الدفع | After Payment

بعد إتمام عملية الدفع واستلام الطلب، لا يُسمح بالإرجاع النقدي.
After completing payment and receiving the order, cash refunds are not allowed.

الاستبدال  | Exchange 

لا يُسمح بإرجاع أو إستبدال المنتجات المخفضة

• المنتجات التي تم شراؤها بأسعار مخفضة غير قابلة للإرجاع أو الاستبدال. يمكنك تجربة المنتج أثناء انتظار مندوب التوصيل، ولكن بمجرد مغادرته، لن يكون الاستبدال أو الاسترداد متاحًا.

 No returns or exchanges on sale items: Products bought at sale prices cannot be returned or exchanged. You may try the item while the courier waits, but once they leave, no exchange or refund will be available.
